AI with an operator

Every site and campaign I have built for years has run on AI, and I have shipped my own products with it. You do not need to learn the tools, and for most of what I build you do not need a subscription either. Where one is needed, I tell you what it costs before you decide. Tell me the job you repeat every week and I will build the workflow that does it. Don't pay the monthly AI fees and learn the tools; pay me and get the result.

Examples

What an automation looks like

Nothing on this list needs you to learn a tool. Each one starts from something you already do.

  • Enquiry to everywhere

Someone fills in the form on your website. It lands in your inbox, gets a reply within a minute, and the job goes into your calendar or your CRM.

  • Quote follow-up

You send a quote. If nothing comes back in three days, a follow-up goes out in your words. If still nothing at ten, one more.

  • Review request

A job is marked done. The customer gets a text or email asking for a Google review, with the link, at the time of day people actually reply.

  • Booking reminders

Confirmation when they book, a reminder the day before, and a thank-you after, without you touching it.

  • Monthly numbers

Your Search Console, GA4 and enquiry counts pulled into one page on the first of the month, so you read one thing instead of four logins.

Offers

Four ways to start

One-off

AI Setup and Training

$500one-off

The one offer for people who want to use the tools themselves. You bring your own ChatGPT or Claude account (about $30 a month) and I make it useful: custom instructions written for your business, two working workflows built for jobs you actually do, and a one-hour walkthrough so you can run them. About a week from the first call.

Does not include

  • The subscription itself
  • Ongoing changes after the walkthrough (see AI Support)
  • Automations that run on their own (see Automation Build)

One-off build

Automation Build

From$900

One automation, scoped on a short call and quoted before work begins. An intake form that lands in your inbox and on your socials, a quote follow-up that goes out on day three, a review request after every job. Paid in full before I start. It runs on a platform account in your name, which I set up and which stays yours, and the AI usage behind it is included in AI Support.

Does not include

  • The platform account it runs on, usually $0 to $40 a month depending on the job. I tell you the number before you decide.
  • AI Support, which covers the AI usage and keeps the automation running

One-off build

Custom Web App

From$2,500

A small tool for your business or your customers: a calculator, a portal, a dashboard, a booking flow. Quoted from a scoping call. EachPayday and Compare My Power are the proof I can build and ship one.

Does not include

  • Hosting after launch, which is quoted with the app

Monthly

AI Support

$250a month

Tuning, fixes and one new small workflow a month, for anything I have set up or built. The AI usage behind your automations is included up to $20 a month, so there is no second invoice for it. If a month goes over, I tell you first, and either I tune the workflow to use less or the extra is passed on at cost, with your OK. Billed quarterly in advance.

Does not include

  • The platform account your automation runs on, which stays in your name
  • A second Automation Build or a new app; those are quoted

Tools

One tool that fits, instead of five that nearly do

Most small businesses pay for four or five subscriptions that each do one thing they need and twenty things they do not: a booking tool, a form tool, a quoting tool, a reminder tool, a CRM with a sales pipeline nobody uses. The money adds up, and the tools still do not talk to each other. An automation or a small web app built around how you actually work does the part you need and nothing else, runs the way you already run, and can replace two or three of those subscriptions outright. The build is a one-off; the fees were forever.

It is not always the right call. If an off-the-shelf tool does the whole job for $20 a month, I will tell you to keep it. The scoping call is where we find out.

EachPayday

A privacy-first budgeting app that plans around your payday rather than the calendar month. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription, built in Australia and sold anywhere.

Behind the client work sit tools I built for myself: a bridge that lets me manage every site I look after from one place, and a library of workflows refined over years. That is what "AI with an operator" means in practice.

Fit

Is this for you?

It usually is if two or more of these are true.

  • You already have a website, and it brings in enquiries you then handle by hand
  • You repeat the same admin every week: quotes, follow-ups, reminders, the same email
  • You have tried a chat subscription and it is still open in a tab, unused
  • You would rather pay for a result than learn another tool

If I already look after your website, you get first call. I know where your time is going, and that is where I start.

Questions

AI questions

Is my customer data safe with AI?

Your automation runs on a platform account in your name, which I set up and which stays yours, and the AI accounts I work in have model training switched off, so your customer details are not used to train anyone's model. If an automation needs to handle anything sensitive, we cover where it goes and who can see it on the scoping call, before anything is built.

Do I need AI Support?

If you have an automation, yes, because AI Support covers the AI usage behind it, up to $20 a month, and the tuning and fixes that keep it running. If you only had the Setup and Training and you run the tools yourself, you do not need it.

What if the job I need is not on this page?

Tell me the job on a short call. Most things people repeat every week can be handled by an automation or a small web app, and either way you get the price before any work begins. If an off-the-shelf tool already does the whole job for less, I will tell you to use that instead.

Can I cancel AI Support?

Yes. AI Support is billed quarterly in advance and runs to the end of the quarter you have already paid for. After that the automation is yours to run, so the AI usage behind it moves to an account in your name and its billing becomes yours, just as the platform account already is.

Let's talk

Ready to hand it over?

Book a 30-minute call and I'll tell you what it would cost and what it would not include, before you decide anything.

  • You leave with a price and a list of what it does not include
  • A 30-minute phone call at a time you pick
  • No sales follow-up unless you ask for it

Or start with a free website audit

Next you pick a 30-minute slot and leave the number I should call. Your details stay with me and are never shared.
